SPRINGS formed with Japanese backgrounds children in 2015 that aim to provide them opportunities to build self-esteem and a life-long friendship and to learn courtesy by working together in a team environment under the guidance of a highly experienced coach. We have performed a wide variety of events to contribute to the local community.The competition team has consecutively won the Australian championship.

チアリーディングは、スタンツ（組体操）、体操、力強いダンスなどを組み合わせた団体競技で、オーストラリアで最も急成長しているスポーツの一つです。スプリングスでは「礼儀」「感謝の心」「チームワーク」を大切に、チアリーディングを通じて子どもたちが新しい自分と仲間に出逢い、みんなと一つになって創り上げる楽しさの中で周りを元気づける心を育てることを目標にしています。日系イベントへの出演のほか、2025年には「ナショナルグランドチャンピオン」6連覇を達成し、オーストラリア代表選手を輩出するなど、競技の分野でも全豪トップレベルで飛躍を遂げています。
