SPRINGS formed with Japanese backgrounds children in 2015 that aim to provide them opportunities to build self-esteem and a life-long friendship and to learn courtesy by working together in a team environment under the guidance of a highly experienced coach. We have performed a wide variety of events to contribute to the local community.The competition team has consecutively won the Australian championship.

チアリーディングは、応援から派生し近年オリンピック種目に認定された競技です。SPRINGSではスポーツとしてのチアをベースに、「礼儀」「感謝の心」「チームワーク」をモットーに子どもたちの可能性をひろげ、周りの人たちを元気づける心を育みながら、日系コミュニティの活性化に貢献することを目標に活動しています。2024年には「ナショナルグランドチャンピオン」4連覇を達成、「スーパーグランドチャンピオン」（オーストラリア、ニュージーランド二カ国間の最高スコア）「ピナクルチャンピオン」など数々の名誉あるタイトルを獲得するなど、競技の分野でも全豪トップレベルで活躍しています。
